Refund policy

At Choppusaman, we strive to ensure a smooth shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • You can return or exchange items within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. (For example, if you purchased a toy but received the wrong color, you can request an exchange.)
  • Items must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

2. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. (For instance, if you received a defective toy and returned it, you will get a full refund after inspection.)
  • Approved refunds will be credited within 2-3 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

3. Exchange Process

  • If you wish to exchange an item, you must first return the original product.
  • Once we receive and verify the return, we will process the exchange, depending on stock availability.
  • If the requested exchange item is out of stock, you can choose either a refund or store credit.
  • Exchanges / Replacement will be delivered within 7 days .

4. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Personalized or Customized Products – Items that have been engraved, printed with names, or made to order (e.g., custom-made toys or engraved gifts).
  • Used or Damaged Items – Products that have been used, damaged, or are missing original packaging and tags.

5. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return/exchange.
  • Ship the item back to the return address provided. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
